The company is led by Franklyn Frantos and Nardia Frantos-Pyne, both Civil Engineers with Masters degrees in Civil Engineering and over twenty years of combined programme delivery experience across UK transport, civils, and major infrastructure clients — with project experience extending into international markets including Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa. Frantos Ltd operates through a small group of trading divisions and subsidiary entities, each focused on a distinct value pool but sharing operating discipline, governance, and capital across the group.
